Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2022

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Director of Human Resources Jaclyn Beaudoin made $137,265.24, Director, Permanency and Children's Services Lyle Ward made $132,871.60, and Director, Intake and Afterhours Kimberly Richards round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $131,521.60 for the Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society 2022 Sunshine List.
