Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2024

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Following Paul Johnson was Deputy City Manager Infrastructure And Development Services Tracey Cook, with annual earnings of $369,906.64. Chief Financial Officer And Treasurer Heather Taylor made $366,384.06, Deputy City Manager Corporate Services M Josie Scioli made $360,182.71, and Deputy City Manager Community And Social Services Paul Andrew Raftis round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $348,971.30 for the City Of Toronto 2024 Sunshine List.

Among employees who received more than six-figure salaries in 2023, 1,961 received earnings between $100,000 and $110,000 followed by 5,729 who received between $110,001 and $150,000 , 1,346 received between $150,001 and $200,000 , 184 received between $200,001 and $250,000 , 25 received between $250,001 and $300,000 , and 11 received over $300,000 at the City Of Toronto.
